I uninstalled the latest update to camera app and even the old version crashes. Reinstalled the latest version of the camera app; still crashes. I'm very disappointed in the latest updates. the April 5th security update as the one I believe that is crashing my phone app. Everything was working fine until that last update. Cause it might be a picture or video file somewhere that is corrupted, and every time you open the camera app, it tries to read it and crashes. Now if you don't have any custom/user-added pictures on the phone and the default gallery app works just fine, than I guess the problem has to be the actual camera apk.
